Vibrating Tables are available in two types Electromagnetic & Electromechanical. The choice of the proper type and model depends upon the application, characteristics of the material or objects being handled, its reaction to vibration, the maximum weight to be handled and the type of container.The vibration table mainly consists of a bracket, a table vibration mechanism and a shock absorption mechanism. At the same time, because it can do horizontal, vertical, up and down movements, it is named three vibration platform.

Working principle:

The Z29 mechanical vibration table mainly consists of a frame, a working table, a vibration mechanism, a shock absorption mechanism, etc. The specific configuration is as follows:
Working table: The working table size of different models of Z29 mechanical vibration tables varies. For example, the working table size of Z291 is 1250×1200mm, and that of Z296 is 2545×1400mm, etc. The appropriate model can be selected according to actual production needs.
Vibration mechanism: It is usually composed of multiple vibration motors. The vibration force is generated by the rotation of eccentric blocks driven by the motors, causing the working table to vibrate and compacting the molding sand. The vibration force of different models of Z29 mechanical vibration tables varies. For instance, the vibration force of Z291 is 10KN, and that of Z295 is 50KN.
Shock absorption mechanism: Generally, rubber springs and other shock absorption components are used. Its function is to reduce the impact of the vibration table on the foundation and surrounding equipment during operation, while ensuring the stability of the vibration table's operation and extending the service life of the equipment.
Frame: It is used to support the working table and vibration mechanism, etc. It is usually made of welded structural steel and has sufficient strength and rigidity to ensure that the vibration table does not deform or shake during operation.
Electrical control system: It includes motor start and stop control circuits and related protection devices, etc. It can control the vibration motors to achieve functions such as starting and stopping the vibration table and adjusting the vibration frequency, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
